Who exactly is Hasan Piker? Born Hasan Doğan Piker in 1991 in New Jersey to Turkish parents, he was raised in Istanbul as a Muslim before returning to the U.S. for college. He graduated cum laude from Rutgers with degrees in political science and communications, then cut his teeth at The Young Turks — the same outlet long known for its anti-American, far-left slant. Today, operating under the handle HasanAbi, he boasts over three million Twitch followers and spends hours streaming political commentary mixed with gaming, pushing hardcore socialist ideas, universal healthcare, gun control, and fierce anti-Israel, anti-Zionist rhetoric that often veers into territory many view as excusing terrorism.
Piker’s track record speaks volumes. He has claimed “America deserved 9/11,” joked about “9/11 2” being “so sick,” broadcast propaganda from designated terrorist groups like the Houthis and Hezbollah, downplayed the horrors of the October 7 attacks, and defended Hamas as “a thousand times better” than Israel. He’s been suspended from Twitch multiple times, including for mishandling terrorist content, and has a history of inflammatory statements that paint the United States — the greatest force for good in world history — as the world’s top terrorist state. Yet somehow, segments of the Democratic Party still platform him, invite him to events, and court his young audience, even as clearer-headed voices like Sen. John Fetterman call out the insanity.
So why give this character a second look? Because his words aren’t harmless hot takes — they represent the toxic underbelly of modern leftism that has captured too much of the cultural conversation aimed at our youth. When a major influencer with a massive platform brands tens of millions of patriotic, pro-life, pro-family, faith-based Republicans as terrorists simply for believing in secure borders, limited government, the sanctity of life, and the God-given rights enshrined in our Constitution, it exposes the real domestic threat: radical rhetoric that dehumanizes conservatives, justifies violence in the name of “resistance,” and erodes the moral foundation that made America the world’s last, best hope for freedom.

Support platforms and leaders who counter this poison with facts, faith, and freedom.
