A violent clash between rival outlaw motorcycle gangs outside a North Las Vegas bar ended in tragedy, but swift intervention by local law enforcement likely stopped a larger crisis from unfolding on our streets.
On February 21, officers from the North Las Vegas Police Department responded promptly to reports of a shooting outside Scoundrels Pub II near Craig Ranch Regional Park. They found 47-year-old Ryan Green lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to his chest in the 4800 block of Camino Al Norte. Despite medical efforts, Green succumbed to his injuries on February 25, according to the Clark County coroner’s office.

Police identified the alleged shooter as 36-year-old Jesse Robinson III, a member of the Chosen Few motorcycle gang, which maintains two active chapters in Clark County. The victim, Green, was an active member of the Satudarah outlaw motorcycle gang, originally from the Netherlands but with a foothold in the United States. A seasoned North Las Vegas police gang specialist, with nine years investigating outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs), confirmed the two groups as rivals with documented recent shootings between them in Southern California.
Robinson was arrested that same evening and booked into the North Las Vegas Community Correctional Center on charges of open murder with a gang enhancement. Investigators noted that Robinson conspired with others outside the bar prior to the incident, and a search of his home uncovered items including a Chosen Few club vest, further tying the violence to gang affiliations.

The North Las Vegas Police Department’s rapid response—locating the victim, making an arrest, and gathering evidence—demonstrates the kind of proactive, no-nonsense policing that keeps our communities safe. By acting decisively, officers disrupted what could have spiraled into broader retaliation between these dangerous groups, protecting innocent families and residents from becoming collateral damage in a feud rooted far from Nevada’s streets.
This incident serves as a stark reminder of the threats posed by outlaw motorcycle gangs operating in our midst. Law-abiding citizens value law and order, strong families, and the rule of law that makes America the beacon of freedom and opportunity it remains. Thanks to the dedicated men and women of the NLVPD, a potential wave of gang violence was averted, allowing our neighborhoods to remain places where traditional values can thrive without fear.
Jesse Robinson III is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in North Las Vegas Justice Court on March 17. We commend the officers for their professionalism and urge continued vigilance to root out such criminal elements.
